The biggest misconception about men is that they are shallow.  The truth is many men are capable of deep thought.  Some of them may not show it, but a lot of men are really very good at thinking and analyzing.  But usually, they would only show you this side of them if they find you worthy.  In short, you have to strike up and intelligible conversation with them first.  For this reason, it is important to find great topics of conversation. Relationships are based a lot on communication.  If you want your man to be happy, aside from all the physical stimulation, you also have to provide him intellectual stimulation.

Men’s interest is actually very broad.  Contrary to popular belief, it doesn’t only revolve around babes and booze.  One of the best topics when conversing with men is politics.  Politics is actually a very multi-faceted and deep topic to talk about.  There are many sides to take and many subjecting opinions.  You don’t really have to have a political opinion, nor do you have to know a lot.  Just get some brief info on new political events and open them up with your man.  After that, let him tell you more about the topic.  You’ll see you man in a new light because you will learn his different political opinions.

Another great topic of conversation with men is sports.  A man is not man if he is not interested in at least on sport.  Find out what sport your man like and try to learn more about it.  Find out what are his favorite sports teams and the sports leagues he follows.  If you develop your own favorite team, then you can have little friendly arguments.  This will make your relationship more dynamic and exciting.

When looking for topics to talk about with your man, it is important to know his preferences.  Don’t push for a topic that he doesn’t really like or isn’t really interested in. Having conversations like this with your man will not only help you grow your relationship, you will also end up learning new things.
